We don't have 4G now - we both have iPhone 4 (not 4s). (And I've already decided that I'm bored with iOS and my next phone will be Android.)

Got a question about technology? Ask it here. Discussion of hardware, software, TiVos, multi-region DVDs, Windows, Macs, LINUX, hand-helds, iPods, anything tech related. Better than any helpdesk!
Gris,
I cannot give up my LTE though. They need to pry that from my cold, dead hands.
(shrug) Fair enough. If you're using AT&T, though, there's plenty of evidence that T-Mobile's HSPA+ 4g speeds are comparable to AT&T's LTE 4g speeds
Verizon's LTE is consistently faster in much of the country, but T-Mobile's HSPA+ network beat even it in some areas.. How you get the best speed seems to have more to do with your location and phone than your carrier.
yes, I am now on Verizon. It was worth it to us (painful for the termination fee) to move to Verizon.
Google maps is rumored to be released on iOS this eve
Ooh, I would be super excited about that!! I use maps a lot, and while the navigation part has been good, the rest of the new maps sucks.
I am looking forward to hearing how the Google maps work. I've put off my upgrade.
Me too.
Apple Maps has given me pretty good turn by turn directions, but the maps in some areas aren't as detailed as I would like.
I downloaded the app already!
How can I get my hands on some of the apps that come with the Note? I'm not talking about the exact stuff, but similar functions. I'd love to play with the Best Face head swapping, and Photo Note where you can write on the "back" of your pictures is a cute conceit.
