Got a question about technology? Ask it here. Discussion of hardware, software, TiVos, multi-region DVDs, Windows, Macs, LINUX, hand-helds, iPods, anything tech related. Better than any helpdesk!
I have an iPhone 4g. The calendar is synced with my work outlook exchange server. I am a delgate of 2 faculty members. I am receiving meeting requests sent to them on my iPhone as though they are being sent to me personally, not as a delegate. My bosses' names do not appear in the request at all, I am listed as the invitee. It is really confusing because I keep think I am being invited to meetings and I am not.
I have tried googling and my IT department, but I am the first support staff membe to get an iPhone and sync
I'm posting this in tech thread, because it's so damn cool:

Ooh, I want one of those for winter biking. In NYC in the summer, I'd rather have a ventilated helmet than a scarf.
[edit: Also I just did the currency conversion and it's $500. Yikes! Maybe it will be cheaper when it comes to the US.]
Holy shit, that's amazing!
...And only $600! Er.
Is anyone in the market for a Kindle? Amazon is doing a 40% off promotion for Amazon.com Visa cardmembers that ends today, so I can get you a Kindle (with Special Offers) for $47.40.
I did that last week. And then I lost the kindle on the bus 2 days ago :(
Speaking of losing things, I am trying to replace my Canon Powershot SD890 IS, and I think I'm down to choosing between the 300 HS and the 110 HS. The 300 HS has really good reviews, but the 110 HS is newer and has few more features (and a bigger, better LCD screen). They appear to be almost identical as far as specs and picture quality, but the 110 HS has a shorter battery life. I was learning toward the 300 HS, but the 110 HS is also cheaper, and I could just buy a spare battery ($12 on Amazon). Any thoughts? I just need a basic point-and-shoot, really.
