Erratically.
A large portion of my day is spent telling people to unplug the "Telephone cable on steroids" from the back of the register and from the wall socket and plug it in again, both ends.
Of course this is often followed by, "no, not the power. Not the -- OK, we'll wait for it to come back up...."
Of course even if took care of the slowness, plugging and unplugging all cables did nothing about the tendency of my current router to reboot every few hours.
Still haven't talked to customer service, but I think I'm going to go ahead and get a new router. My dad is a contractor for Cisco, so he gets a discount.
At the moment,the new router is my intention too.

Update your OSX to the latest patches for Java for your version (or use OSX update) to prevent this Java malware.
It mines CC info and passwords, so it's always a good idea to keep your patches up to date, whatever your OS.
Is the an iPhone app similar to Locale?
Isn't that the android app ita ! Uses to have her phone take on certain settings based on location?
Yup. It lets you switch settings and trigger certain actions based on GPS and network IDs and phone physical position (like face up or down), for instance, or calendar setting (in a meeting, etc).
