Thanks for the Flickr troubleshooting, guys. Still no idea what the issue was!

I now have an Android phone and I want to scan book barcodes to get the ISBN number and information, both to finally catalog my library and to sell some books. I want to be able to have import the book information to some kind of catalog on my PC. There is a scanning app that uploads to Good Reads. Is anyone else that crazy? If so, any suggestions?
I am that dorky, but I did it a few years ago and bought the cue cat from LibraryThing. But I haven't kept it up, especially now that a bunch of my library is digital.
Anyone have any idea how Siri decided I'm my sister Kara? Is it because there's no meara in my phone and that's the closest name? I mean wtf??
Apparently you do need your own name in the contacts
I'm in content management and imaging and have been for 20 years. So I'm familiar with the scanning and paperless technology out there.
Sorry, I came across as sort of "let me tell you about this amazing thing called a scanner" and that wasn't how I meant to sound. That scanner has saved me so many times that's it's hard for me not to be over the top about it.
electronic documents with electronic signatures is how I design paperless offices.
Can I give you the number of my HR department? Who, despite years of green initiatives, still refuse to accept a digital signature on a timesheet?
Every week, I print out my timesheet, sign it, scan it, and email the PDF to HR. It is BEYOND STUPID AND I HATES IT PRECIOUS.
Does anyone know of a free survey services that allows if/then programming of questions? I am trying to bypass our Survey Monkey license guardian, as she does not like to do the questions like that and it takes hours of me sitting with her to get our survey right.
Gris, I use Locale to do that sort of stuff.
Ah yes! After some reading, I'm under the impression that Tasker is basically Locale with more flexibility and built-in features but a less simple interface. It supports Locale plugins, apparently. I find the whole thing pretty amazing.
Sophia,
surveymonkey is probably the best. They do have free versions of survey monkey though.
However, google docs forms may have what you want if your needs are light. You can rig if-then questions using google docs.
Thanks le nub!
I would be fine if I could just have the log-in to survey monkey, but what I have to do now is type the survey in word, and then sit with the person while she retypes into survey monkey and give her directions as to how to move to different questions-- Aargh.
