I would be there right now.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I fucking hate the font

If you're using Chrome, it's fucking easy to change it. ;)

Click on the Stylish icon, and then edit, and you'll see the font-face css.

Coding and Sleeping

The new look on the Google apps seem okay to me if I set the display density to compact (the other settings have too much spacing for my liking).

IMO, I like the aesthetics of the new style better, but the old style seems a bit better in terms of functionality. So a big, eh, overall.

Hey. New board.

I actually had to download and install the font it was trying to use (Open Sans) on my work computer. Before that my computer was defaulting to some very seriffy font that exploded my brain. Could that be the problem?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Gris,

I am not taking the time to find out. I love the look of reader from the link above and I'm sticking with it until the script breaks. it is not as stylish as the LH link, but I've given up on that.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Gris, I use GrooveIP, but I don't remember paying that much for it. I hope I didn't do anything wrong. Still, the flexibility is well worth it. I carry my tablet around the office, not my phone, and if I only had a headpiece I could take calls. As is, at least I know who's calling.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

There's a class action lawsuit against Apple for certain MacBook & MacBookPro owners about a faulty magsafe power adapter. [link]

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

David, you will find them by opening the hdd icon on the desktop, for one.

Belated thanks, Dan.

New question: We used to have an iMac G4 (aka, iLamp). It came with these speakers which have a "mini-jack" that went into the G4.

But now I've got a MiniMac which does not have a mini-jack input, but one that's 2.5mm (according to the Apple Store I went to today to get an adapter). They didn't have one and sent me to RadioShack. They didn't have one either.

So now I figure I should just order it online, but I'm not sure exactly what size the mini-jack plug is on the Harmon Kardon speakers to go into the Mini-Mac. Apple Store seemed to think it might be 1.5mm, but I'd rather know exactly while ordering.

Googling on "1.5mm to 2.5mm isn't helping me much so I figured y'all might have a clue.

All is well that ends in pizza.

this suggests that the iMac G4 has a special jack, that was powered and DIGITAL.

Perhaps the speakers need more than just a jack...
