Poking head in to ask for help in extracting video from a disc so it can be saved as a file for uploading. This isn't a commercial disc-- it's just the disc I had recorded at my ballroom dance competition. I've been trying to use VLC, but none of the streaming/saving formats are allowing me to open it. (I'm on a Mac, btw) Any suggestions?

Edit--wait, what does ICS mean about phone functions? I thought it was a blended OS for both tablets and phones, not that it would make tablets phones.
