No. I've called and complained because whenever I get something that isn't USPS, it takes forever to get here, and amazon said that you can't choose who it is shipped through.
Oh, I had a huge issue with them with that. I didn't even want to choose, I just wanted to know which one, so that I could give them a good address. USPS has access to the building, UPS does not.
When I choose super-saver free shipping, sometimes it comes UPS, sometimes USPS
Yeah, this is a dealkiller for me, but in the opposite way. USPS doesn't come to my house at all, only UPS/Fedex.
I've bought a lot more things from Amazon than I would have if I'd had to pay shipping.
Yep. This one time I bought
The Hunger Games
FROM MY PHONE for under five bucks, and it appeared at my office soon after. I remember the days when I had to wait to buy a bunch of things with Super Saver Shipping.

UPS can't get through the gate at my apartment, so I get all my Amazon stuff shipped to work. It's usually through ONTRAC, whatever that is. I think I saw an ONTRAC truck once and was like OMG IT'S A REAL THING.
Of course, I am currently a bit miffed because the DVDs I ordered on Saturday have arrived today, but
Parks and Recreation
S3, which I pre-ordered weeks ago and was supposed to arrive on its release date, yesterday, is still not in my hands. WHAT'S THE DEAL. The damn thing left from Sacramento yesterday morning. That is only a couple hours away! My other DVDs came from LOUISVILLE.
In NYC, I once got buzzed for a package from Amazon. I asked who it was, and the guy said "Amazon," and the package had no slip for UPS or FedEx or any other on it. Apparently they have created their own courier services for certain cities. Wouldn't surprise me if OnTrac is the Bay Area equivalent.
They are a regional overnight shipping company. They are used pretty heavily here in Los Angeles as well.

The main problem I have with Amazon is that occasionally I get things via Prestige Shipping and they are a fucking nightmare. Amazon has outsourced delivering some items (some books I think) to some private carriers in and around the midwest and they are some unprofessional mofos.
There is a whole complaint thread about Prestige Shipping and one time they fucked up an order and I told Amazon I never wanted them to deliver to me again and I have complained every time they fucked up. Amazingly, Prestige hasn't been my delivery service in several months and I order from Amazon all the time.
BN has a card and you get a discount and some free shipping, but it's not as cool as prime, eh?
Google Voice is now officially available for the Galaxy Tab. I can't work out if I should bother replace the version I sideloaded or not.

If you do you'll get notified of updates. If you don't like the official version you can always remove it and reinstall the one you've got now.
I'ma have a look.
I need an automated way to see the mail servers of a long list of domains and if they have SPF set up. What's the best way to do that?
Dear Virgin Mobile Tech Support:
I don't know how charged my battery is. I can't go to the main menu. As I have explained to you over and over, all I see is a flashing logo.
