Actually, it's $79.
Blarg. Ctrl-click/middle-click has stopped working in my Firefox for no apparent reason. Like, it was working last night, and not this morning. I cleared my cache and disabled Greasemonkey and scanned for malware, to no avail.

I'll be sad if and when the day comes when I have to pay for Prime, but I will if necessary because I have become completely spoiled by it.
I have had it for years and they will need to pry it out of my cold, dead hands.
I. Love. Prime.

Ayup. That free 2-day shipping is addictive.
That Prime membership is one of the best marketing ideas ever. I've bought a lot more things from Amazon than I would have if I'd had to pay shipping. And overnight shipping is awesome for when you've forgotten someone's birthday.
Does Prime give additional control over delivery options? When I choose super-saver free shipping, sometimes it comes UPS, sometimes USPS, sometimes it can be left at the apt. management office, sometimes I have to go get it at the post office or even at the UPS depot -- and there is no way to tell in advance which variation will occur. No point in payng for next-day or two-day delivery if I have to wait until Saturday to pick it up.

No. I've called and complained because whenever I get something that isn't USPS, it takes forever to get here, and amazon said that you can't choose who it is shipped through.
I can't think of any time I've gotten something via Prime that didn't come UPS (and I would have noticed since I have to go to the post office to get USPS packages). I can't imagine something coming through USPS via Prime since they don't even guarantee 2 days with Priority Mail.
Of course, when ordering via Marketplace, Prime is generally null and void so I do get things via USPS that way.

Oh, I had a huge issue with them with that. I didn't even want to choose, I just wanted to know which one, so that I could give them a good address. USPS has access to the building, UPS does not.
