Yeah, I've been keeping cable for the new Torchwood. Unfortunately, the new Torchwood is not exciting.

I stumbled upon the news that the skin (Touchwiz) that ships with the Galaxy Tab has been updated since the units were shipped, so I upgraded mine last night.
I am more in love now than I was before. It's brighter than the standard skin (including the skin that shipped with my G2) and it has a bunch more widgets and a couple new app updates.
Off to explore more...
And I also think I might have found a Google Voice hack for the Tab, as well as an app to use it as a GV phone.
Something kinda related--when I hook up my iPod to my PC, it mounts as a volume I can browse. But not on the Mac. I haven't yet hooked up the Tab to my PC, but it doesn't mount as a volume to OS X either. Is there a workaround for the iPod mounting in OS X that I'm not aware of?
Gris--I have been playing around with Firefox on Android, and it keeps its window selection off to the left of the main pane, not using tabs at the top. Does that satisfy your issue?
My iPods mount in OS X. I have them set up with "manually manage music" and "enable disk use" checked in iTunes, I don't remember doing anything else to make them browsable.
One needs [link] to transfer files to the Tab on the Mac.
I don't have this iPod synching with the Mac. Could that be it?
Thanks, Rob!
Now back to the mystery of no video calls with Skype. Tab forums say it's not possible, but the market page says Galaxy Tab should be a go. What I can't work out is if they mean all Tabs (sizes and WiFi) or not.
Hm, well, I am suddenly having a problem with iTunes not opening and the iPod is not mounting without iTunes, so maybe?
I feel like I jinxed you! Sorry!
Does anyone have any recommendations for password vault software that's cross-platform and shares a DB? I'm wondering if it's worth it to drop $9.99/year for Keeper Backup.
eta: Also, I note Mint isn't available for the Galaxy Tab. Any finance tracking recommendations?
You should just pay me to keep your passwords for you.
I'm trying to keep out of the Scola password business! You're totally up to date on when I change devices, because I never remember to record and transfer the stupid b.org password from one vault app to the next.
In the meanwhile, I'll just fire up a separate instance of Keeper on the Tab and try and spare you for another few months.
