Oh, fuck no. I hate AT&T. They've been some of my worst customer service experiences by companies not named Dell. I am bitter still. I hope they don't jack with what I don't hate about T Mobile.
I hope AT&T is buying it because they don't want to steal outright the T-Mobile business model.
Iphone/ipod game:
the game I'm really into right now is Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4. That shit is super fun.
So, there was this thing called pyTiVo that I was using to transcode stuff so I could copy it to my TiVo. And then Vuze had this thing where it would transcode and share for you, and I could copy it to my TiVo. And then I noticed an entry in Vuze for my TV, and now I can stream directly from my laptop to my TV. Like, right from my laptop to my TV. I don't even have to take up storage space on my TiVo anymore. I don't have to install a new app.
I LOVE LIVING IN THE FUTURE.

Samsung LN46C630. It's last year's 46" 1080 model.
I can't rewind or fast forward or pause or anything, but for watching 22 minutes of acquired TV at once, it's pretty damned nifty.
My iPad is "On FedEx vehicle for delivery".
