Oh, my most used app is Still Tasty, for keeping track of how long to keep food in your fridge or pantry. You can enter stuff as you buy it or cook it and it'll alert you when you need to have it eaten or frozen by.
How convenient, -t!
Whoah. AT&T is buying T-Mobile (in the US) for $39 billion.
I am hoping government regulators won't let the deal go through, but I'm a realist.
Oh, fuck no. I hate AT&T. They've been some of my worst customer service experiences by companies not named Dell. I am bitter still. I hope they don't jack with what I don't hate about T Mobile.
I hope AT&T is buying it because they don't want to steal outright the T-Mobile business model.

So, there was this thing called pyTiVo that I was using to transcode stuff so I could copy it to my TiVo. And then Vuze had this thing where it would transcode and share for you, and I could copy it to my TiVo. And then I noticed an entry in Vuze for my TV, and now I can stream directly from my laptop to my TV. Like, right from my laptop to my TV. I don't even have to take up storage space on my TiVo anymore. I don't have to install a new app.
I LOVE LIVING IN THE FUTURE.
Neat! Which Tivo do you have again?
