Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

Jessica,

if you find out, let me know.

I LOVE Chrome. Poor Firefox. I kicked it to the curb.

Coding and Sleeping

Chrome and Firefox 4 have become somewhat interchangeable for me. I like the higher level of control Firefox gives you over the browser, but I really like the way you can use URLs and Searches in the same place instead of two different places. Not that the Firefox way is some huge burden though.

IE 9 is a huge improvement, but setting it up with useful extensions seems like such a PITA compared to the other browsers.

I suspect once Firefox 4 is released that'll be my go-to browser. Chrome is still great, though.

hip deep in pie

I switched to Chrome on my netbook because the little processor in there was really burdened by Firefox and my love of multiple tabs. It's amazing the difference in speed, but I do miss some of the functionality of Firefox.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

This laptop came with chrome as its default browser instead of ie. So I used it like I do ie, to download firefox. But I'm cranky at the new tabs in this version of firefox, because when I click a link to open a new tab, it opens in a tab right next to my current one, instead of at the end. I prefer it at the end, because I like to go through the tabs chronologically, left to right. I'm not really looking at the titles. But now I have to, and I don't remember which ones I clicked when, and I can't see where to change it and it's annoying.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

...and are you coming to NYC?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Travelzoo seems to have some good stuff on a fairly regular basis.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I haz my iPhone and have just finished updating my contacts.

So far I have to put it on speaker to hear any calls - not sure if I'm missing something.

Suzi, you shouldn't need to do that. Turn your volume up and hold it to your head.

Jessica, from the omni bar, hit command+enter (on a mac). That should kick your results to a new tab. I just discovered this.
