Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Maybe a Roomba-riding cat crashed into a google server farm....

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Google is doing some integration of Google Apps for your Domain with the rest of the Google Empire. Maybe that's causing some slowdown?

The mental image of this is quite entertaining.

Okay, that Virgin Mobile plan with the Samsung phone seems too good to be true. Is Virgin a good provider? Anyone have any thoughts?

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I always had good experiences with Virgin. I used them for two or three years - only changed when I had to do tons of conference calls at home so I needed something with a way bigger plan that work would pay for.

They use the Sprint network so if you have decent Sprint coverage Virgin will be the same. For me, it was way better then than I have now on TMO.

If anything goes wrong Virgin has truly awful service. But things tend not to go wrong that often.

Virgin is the only provider I've had so I can't compare. The only trouble I've had with it is that sometimes an incoming text or voicemail takes longer than it should to arrive on my phone. But it's usually fine and I've never had to deal with customer service.

This makes me laugh since I often learn days later someone has called (t-mobile).

All is well that ends in pizza.

Are IDE notebook drives (well, ata/100) all but extinct? The Hdd on Andi's Powerb0ok is getting louder, and the one on this old 2000-era iMac (with handle!) is grinding.

I am trying to search for notebook Hdds on pricewatch and dealnews, and I keep finding most hdds of any size and format are SATA.

It appears the SATA revolution is nearly complete.
