it could take awhile to shake out while legacy browsers are still the most common.
True dat, but I was speaking in the context of Apple devices. As long as most web sites start coding to support the new Flash-less standards (whether or not they *also* support legacy browsers), it won't matter that the iPad doesn't have Flash.
Yeah, I don't think the lack of Flash is going to hurt the iPad very much either.
expensive, but really cool looking.
I so totally want to play scrabble that way. Kristin and I both have iPhones and there is now an iPad sittng at home. We may be doing that soon.
Thanks for the recommendations for dvd creators. The process is going poorly. I've tried several things that haven't worked as of yet, with no real understanding why.
Currently, I'm running Xilisoft DVD Creator (the free version). It's super slow, but I can be patient. Will report results later.
Again, thanks for the suggestions.
Ooh, I wonder if you could network a Scrabble game that way over 3G for players in remote locations? (i.e., could I join the PixDesign Scrabble game from NYC?)
Has anyone used a tool like in/out cash?
Are they even remotely safe, given being on the internet and all?
I have never been able to master quickbooks, et al and have no current money management system.
Because I'm too lazy to google right now: If I set up a wireless router for my parents and their desktop doesn't have a wireless card or whatever, will I still be able to hook it into the cable directly?
Most wireless routers have some wired ports in the back - you should be able to plug into one of those.
