Damn it! You know what? I'm sick of this crap. I'm sick of being the guy who eats insects and gets the funny syphilis. As of this moment, it's over. I'm finished being everybody's butt monkey!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Oops! Yes, because it's an attribute of the image, and I didn't think through a full example before phone-posting.

I put img {border:0;} in my style sheets.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I put img {border:0;} in my style sheets.

Good idea. Except this huge web application only has a single instance of an image as part of an <a> tag - every other button has a javascript function call instead.

Which is why the Mystery of the Purple Border Around the Button remained unaddressed until now.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Anyone know of a wireless print server that's Mac-compatible and cheaper than Airport Express? The printer is an Epson if that makes a difference.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Jessica -- I spotted this yesterday. It's not exactly what you asked for, and I don't know how good it is, but maybe it's worth a look? [link]

Hmm. I like the price, but the user reviews seem very mixed.

I there anyway to permanently attach a style to one of the toolbars in Word 2002? I just want to add an "emphasis" and "strong" button to the toolbar to use instead of bold and italic. It's a pain to have to go through the style menu every time.

brillig

We are also TV shopping. We're looking at something hopefully in the 24-inch, $275 or less range. I keep seeing a brand called Haier, which I've never heard of. Does anyone know anything of that one? Or any brands which I should run screaming from?
