My god, my Chumby just showed up. That wasn't even 24 hours. And shipping was free.
Do you love it? I had never heard of one until I Googled last night after your posting.
Well, I love their customer service, that's for sure! So far, it does a million more things than I'll use out of the gate, but the alarm clock settings are highly highly customisable, so I'm a happy puppy. And it will wake me up to Pandora radio, and show me Flickr photographs and weather forecasts. The laptop may be leaving my bed.
Can you tell us more when/ as you are exploring. I am contemplating getting one.
Well, so far I'm in like. I've named her Parker. I wouldn't spend s lot of time watching trailers on it, but it's nifty that I can. And since I don't like normal radio, Pandora radio rocks. More exploration to come. There's a lot of twee to steer clear of.
Codes to Grab Free In-Flight Wi-Fi This Holiday Season
If you're on a decently long flight and want to connect to the net, there are more options than ever this year. If you're not flying Virgin America, however, they're not free. Unless you have these coupon codes, that is.
Our connectivity-loving sibling blog Gizmodo found a few codes for free in-flight Wi-Fi sitting on the FlyerTalk and MyMoneyBlog.com sites, good for one free in-flight hook-up per email address. As Giz notes, however, if you've got a Gmail address or another email that supports period separation (kevin.purdy instead of kevinpurdy) or + sign demarcations (kevinpurdy+freewifi), you can create an unlimited number of email activations.
