Mini-jack to RCA would be what you are looking for.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Don't waste money with Monster cables. The one Gud linked to will work just as well. Radio shack should have something non-Monster like that.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

It may just be the Manhattan stores, but I've had zero luck finding non-Monster cables at Radio Shack lately. Their website still carries other options, but the stores seem to be all-Monster-all-the-time. (Maybe part of their rebranding as a cell phone store? I have no idea, but it's irritating as hell.)

Unfortunately, on an item like that Newegg will probably charge nearly the price of the cable for shipping. Going to a store will probably be cheaper.

Bummer. The ones here in Cambridge/Boston still have lots of non-monster cables.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

You will need a router if you want wireless.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

erin, is this through your cable company?

if so, you need a modem and a router.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

You need both, erin_o -- the modem will typically be supplied by the cable/satellite/dsl/whatever company (unless you're using dialup), and exists just to get the signal inside the house. The router is for translating the signal to wireless, as well as allowing you to hook up several computers or other devices.
