Jayne (Husband): Oh, I think you might wanna reconsider that last part. See, I married me a powerful ugly creature. Mal (Wife): How can you say that? How can you shame me in front of new people? Jayne (Husband): If I could make you purtier, I would. Mal (Wife): You are not the man I met a year ago.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I have a 10 year old on my shopping list who wants Cap or Thor comics. Any recommendations?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

You can't go wrong with the Walt Simonson run on Thor.

I'd recommend The Adventures of Captain America Sentinel of Liberty. (Note that there are 4 parts.)

My oldest nephew, who is 7, is reading above grade-level and is loving graphic novels. Any recommendations for 8-10-year-old kids, a bit off the beaten path so his mother won't have gotten them already?

I can't believe she's only 24. I mean, I knew she was, because I've read her Tumblr, but -- that's so much for being only 24. She's amazing.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Goddamn, that is a hell of a year for a 24-year-old.

It would be a hell of a year for a 34-year-old. I had a similar sort of year though so I get the TOO MUCH SUCCESS TOO FAST I'M GONNA FUCK IT UP thing she has going on.
