I mean, let's say you did kill us. Or didn't. There could be torture. Whatever. But somehow you found the goods. What would your cut be?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

It’s official: John Stewart is going to live!

Good job, Internet.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I wish DC would wake up to the fact that they have a huge fanbase due to the cartoons (Batman, JLU, Teen Titans, Young Justice) that would LOVE to pick up the comics.

But then they do stupid shit like slutting up Starfire, or trying to kill off John and alienating those fans.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

So the position is that he was always going to live. And therefore Fialkov is a liar who quit for no good reason?

These are known as “weasel words”, when you say something that suggests one thing but never actually claim it.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Greg Weisman, in the answer to a question, listed the various pitches made to try to continue the YJ universe: [link]

Brandon and I (both separately and together) pitched all sorts of further Earth-16 properties, including (but not limited to) a third season (of course), animated spin-offs featuring Arsenal and/or the Arrow Family, a comic book entitled Earth-16, the Black Manta Celebrity Hot Tub shorts, a direct to DVD movie, etc. Brandon even pitched a YJ meets Scooby movie. Unfortunately, none of these were in the cards.

I think any of those, (excepting the "Black Manta Celebrity Hot Tub") would have been great to see. Alas.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Heh, and I was all "Black Manta Celebrity Hot Tub", woo!!! It could be a talk show format like Space Ghost Coast to Coast.

Buzzfeed interviews Grant Morrison about that character he just killed off.

Batman has a big confrontation with [spoiler redacted] at the end that will change pretty much everything

How much is pretty much? Like, more than 10%? Writers and hypberbole...tsk, tsk.

At least he didn't say "gamechanger".

What, did they want to kill off the animated Green Lantern?
