Didn't they go back on that and say, wait, no, Tim Drake was totally Robin, it's just that Bruce went through three Robins in, like, two years or something?
No, I'm pretty sure he was never "Robin," but the retcon is that he apparently worked with Batman as "Red Robin."

I'm re-reading the Bruce Wayne: Murderer/Fugitive TPBs right now, and I forgot how much wonderful Cass stuff is in there. (Or, actually, that the whole impetus behind Cain framing Bruce was because of Cass. Which is sort of fantastic and sort of not.)
So DC are being complete clueless tools. Good to know.
