That was my thought too, Hec. I always think "Who are these "fans" and does their universe have shrimp?"

Discussion of comics, graphic novels, and more. Except for capes. No capes!

Tom, the visuals did suggest something of that ilk to me, for real.
I got into a discussion with someone who said he didn't understand how anyone could dislike Scott. Is there a jpg already made up for "u new here??" The "she doesn't even go here!" only partially covers it.
I posted this before in this thread: An interview with Cyclops, the leader of the X-Men: [link]

Paging Miracleman! Coming To A Marvel Comic Near You...MIRACLEMAN!
The final chapter has now been written in one of the longest running copyright/ownership sagas in the world of comic books. With a few filings in the Trademark court, MIRACLEMAN has now been set free, in a manner of speaking, and is now owned, fully and solely, by Marvel Comics.
So the dancing Deadpool with the various con videos has put out a Gangnam Style video parody: [link]
I'm impressed by his ability to get even random, non con-going people to dance with him.
I thought I saw him at DragonCon! Don't know if it was that Deadpool, though.
I don't know if he was at DragonCon or not.
I do know he now has an impersonator, believe it or not. Someone posted to their tumblr a picture of them at some Con or another with a guy in a Deadpool costume and that goofy Captain America hat he has in some of the videos with a caption along the lines of "I met the Deadpool that dances with everyone!" and the real guy posted on his Facebook fan page that he wasn't at that Con.
This then apparently led to some idiots mocking/insulting the person who was mistaken. Because, of course, no one can be wrong on the internet without getting flamed for it. The real guy did ask them to to leave her alone, though. I don't know what the end result was.
Drama in fandom, go figure.
I don't know how you're supposed to tell the difference between one dancing guy in a Deadpool costume and another.
Last year (or two years?) there was a Wolverine that was part of a thriller flashmob. He was good.
