Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

For the same reason it's Wally and not Bart. It makes no sense. You just have to go with the flow.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Don't mess with the Titans of yore! Looking at the character design, I guess I can tell it's Wally, but I never would have gotten that it was Dick under that Robin mask without help.

Looks like they make Bane darker-skinned here, but I don't think it counts enough for me to say his overall portrayal is as non-white in canon. I mean, given YJ seems tangential at best.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Is this the TV show of YJ or the comic?

Relatedly, I picked up 4-5 months' worth of comics today. Maybe if I went in more often I wouldn't be shocked at the total bill for that many all at once.

TV Show.

I've decided to collect Batman & Robin, Gates of Gotham, and Batman Inc, for the moment. So I'm trying to go back and get all or most of those issues, and it's not bad. Going to go curl up with Damian bludgeoning the shit out of the Joker. I love that kid.

How did I not know about this?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I was glancing through Holli's flickr set and came across a picture that I wanted Teppy to see.

Is anyone reading Flashpoint? Is it all that? Are many of the things they introduced likely to stick around? I just read someone hoping it meant Donna Troy and Kon El wouldn't be around after the series was done.

I think that anything they do has about about the same chance of sticking around as whatever DC has done the last five times DC has pressed the giant reset button. This time with extra gynophobia!
