Buffy. When I saw you stop the world from, you know, ending, I just assumed that was a big week for you. Turns out I suddenly find myself needing to know the plural of 'apocalypse.'

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Cartoon Network has been planning a Green Lantern series since at least the last 15 years.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Does the Scott Pilgrim movie cover the entire run of the comics?

Yes. Since the last volume, Vol. 6 isn't out yet, the movie will have a different ending than the comics will, much like Kick Ass. However, I've heard that now that Vol. 6 is finished (but not published yet), Edgar Wright has been going back and doing some reshoots to make the film ending closer to what the comic will be.

Hmm. To attempt to read, or to wait, Losers style?

The film will have a lot of characters that inevitably won't end up with much screen time, and the comic will fill you in on their backstories. There are lots of flashbacks that won't make it to the screen.

I always have a toss up as to whether I should read the source material before seeing an adaptation. I hear that this is a good one, which makes me think I might wait.

I'm glad I waited for The Losers. I tend to spend too much time evaluating the adaptation instead of evaluating the movie--if I'd read it on my own by now already, that would be one thing. I just never got around to it, and it's only a couple months away.
