"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Zachary Levi would make a great Yorick. A Chuck fan actually gave him the first trade at a signing, and he read it that night and loved it, and since then there have been a few cameos of the comic on the show.

I like this.

355 NEEDS to be Gina Torres. I'm afraid Angela B. is too old for the part, sadly - she would have been perfect once upon a time (aka her Strange Days era). Zoe Saldana isn't a bad choice, though.

I have no idea who I'd cast as Hero, though. And I can't get Jessica Walter out of my head for the mother, but that's WAY too satirical.

It's the one with the shiny cover.

I don't know of this comic. I will have to check it out.

Especially since the sidebar mentioned a movie version coming August 2010 directed by Edgar Wright (Hot Fuzz, Spaced, Sean of the Damned).

No, the last one I read was vol. 4, where Scott tells Ramona he loves her and gains 9999 points.

I need to rectify this.

You do! Because then you can join us on the evil cliff we are hanging off of.

This article mostly sums up how I feel about Scott Pilgrim.

There are just so few other comics that I get this excited about these days. I miss this feeling.

It's just so much FUN, and it's LOLarious, and the characters talk like me and my friends. It's great.
