It wasn't Spiegelman, it was R. Sikoryak. He's done a bunch of parodies.
I somehow never knew that. And I'd seen the Inferno Joe one before too (they're probably both in the Read Yourself Raw anthology). That's awesome! Action Camus!

I just finished reading all five extant volumes of Scott Pilgrim. Definitely the funnest comic I've read in a long, long time.

Punishingly Intricate
I just finished reading all five extant volumes of Scott Pilgrim. Definitely the funnest comic I've read in a long, long time.
I just finished the first volume and am going back for more definately! Did you know about this?

I hated the girl cast to play Ramona when she was in Sky High. Easily the worst thing in the movie.

While the character Michael Cera always plays is a little more subdued than Scott Pilgrim, he is probably the best possible choice, yes.

Torque, did you see it in Imax? My comic book guy was driving down to Madison to see it in Imax.
Nope Cashmere, I watched it at the movie theater that lets you drink beer. Sundance 608. Perhaps a bad idea for a 3 hour movie.
