Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I do recall the underwater creature now that I twigged to the fact that it was all Fray-tastic.

I'm slow.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

re: Buffy 17 cover.... !!!

Relatedly, I would love to have a composite poster or a book or something with all of Jo Chen's covers. They have been stunningly gorgeous, without exception.

waits for someone to find exception

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Wow, that's cool news, sumi. Now if only they will hire some of the show's writers to do the comics!

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

I was at the Boom! Studios panel when they did the formal announcement.

They said they are getting the writer equivalent of Joss Whedon of Buffy/Serenity doing the Farscape comics. Not Joss Whedon himself, but the same idea...

Rockne O'Bannon? Or David Kemper?

They couldn't say for legal reasons, not all the t's were crossed off on the contracts I presume. But the implication was certainly that it was someone of showrunner importance to the show, as compared to random comic writer or even a random scriptwriter that worked on the show.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

We had an interesting conversation at game night tonight. Two of our regular players are planning to buy D & D 4.0 as soon as it comes out. The more I hear about it the more I want to go back to playing 1st edition. Would anyone like to discuss?

Remember, remember/the fifth of November/the Gunpowder Treason and Plot/I see no reason/Why Gunpowder Treason/Should ever be forgot.

On the industry, there is a lot of debate about how many will emigrate to 4.0. There seems to be a lot of noise that a lot of people are thinking they will not be happy with 4.0, but there are two concerns. One is that of course the complainers will sound like they are more than they actually are, simply because they are the only ones talking. The other is very similar noises was made before 3.0, and something like 90% of the gamer population ended up making the switch anyways.

BTW, have you tried Castles and Crusades? It's an OGL/d20 pushed towards replicating the 1st edition experience...
