Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The Legion series looks dead, though.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Yeah, I'd heard that. That sucks.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I had no problem with Willow asking Satsu for details. She used to ask Buffy for details about all her "smoochies" when she was dating in high school. Willow has a bit of a voyeuristic streak. Remember the "everyone's getting spanked except me?" Plus, who could not love her asking Satusu if Buffy squealed the "shoe-sale noise?" I laughed until I cried.

Angel #5 has me confused, too. How could Connor know Angel was his dad without it being him remembering it that way? I got the impression, too, that Home brought that all back for him. I hope with get further explanation of that.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Sumi,

Considering the "Scythe" was one of the main components of the "make every potential a Slayer" spell it makes sense it could also be used to reverse said spell.

I enjoyed Buffy #13 and Willow didn't seem out of character to me at all. And I was highly amused by the "shoe sale squeal".

Didn't realize Angel #6 was out. I only get my pulls every couple weeks and I had #5 in there, but no #6. Really, I'm not enjoying the series too much so far, but I can't cancel the pull until my gf catches up on them and decides if she wants to keep reading. I think there's a lot of good ideas, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired. Plus, as others have said, the art leaves a lot to be desired.

But when my favorite character is a psychic fish we only see for a couple pages, that doesn't say a lot for the people involved.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

To my way of thinking, it's reasonable that magic wielding vampires with the focus/talisman of Willow's big spell from "Chosen" in hand would be able to reverse it piecemeal. I don't think that Buffy or Faith would be vulnerable to such measures though, as they were already called individually before that spell was cast .

I'm thinking the exact same thing, Matt. Though, the head vamp did mention taking things "Global" and I couldn't tell very well for the art, but it looked like they might have had a giant red-thingy like the one the poor dead ex-Slayer picked up right before she got zapped into normal-dom. So they might be trying to unempower all the Slayers (except Buffy and Faith) en masse.

Which will be disappointing if they succeed, because I think the army of Slayers angle has plenty of story possibilities yet.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I forgot to say thanks for the recs. Fray is indeed a great book. It reminded me a bit of something I read, I think in Heavy Metal years ago about a boy and his demon pal.
