I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Imagine what I could do if I was better at time-management.

I'm envisioning Small Wonder fanfic. Possibly a Small Wonder crossover with Mr. Belvedere. And/or Alf.

Happy Birthday, ita!!

I'm terribly behind on my fandom-show watching--I haven't even watched the last three eps of Doctor Who that I have on tape. (Bad fangirl, no Jelly Baby!) ChiKat told me that Heroes is available online for the next few weeks, and that I could get caught up watching the eps that I missed out on after seeing a mini-marathon last month. And, since tonight is Ugly Betty, which I got hooked on via their NYE marathon, I'll be watching that, too.

So much to watch, so little time...

My brain just exploded.

You know, I don't think I've shipped a couple as hard as I'm shipping Betty/Henry in a long, LONG time. Probably not since S4-S5 Buffy/Spike.

(Which is to say -- NYE marathon enabled me to get caught up, too, since I had been watching it sporadically.)

I doubt her ability to stay functional after Torchwood all-nighters.

Luckily my job doesn't require much in the way of brainpower. All I have to do is stay awake for four more hours, and occasionally type.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Are you both watching Friday Night Lights yet?

That's the beauty of the system! I don't have to watch it. I know the salient points through osmosis: realistic portrayal of high school life, pretty guy named Tim.

If, later, I need to catch up on FNL, or am somehow forced into a marathon viewing, I'll have shrift Cliff Notes available to me.

I don't think I watched Small Wonder. No, wait -- the little girl with the access panel in her back?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

No, wait -- the little girl with the access panel in her back?

Yup.

Edie McClurg as the nosy neighbor.

"Mister Spock is on his fanny, sir. Reports heavy damage."

pretty guy named Tim.

I think he's wicked funnylooking, myself, and his personal Tiny Violin plays at a frequency I cannot hear. There are characters to like, but mostly I enjoy watching that dude from Early Edition (who I believe is even from Chicago) mumble his way through thick Texas vowels.

I've been such a good girl working, and now I have to run an errand down the street (it being lunchtime) and I greatly fear the good girl era is coming to an end. Why won't this work do itself!
