Unforeseen music clearance issues? I smell bullshit.

The quotation marks make me think that the reporter does, too. I feel like it's all my fault for forgetting to watch it all the time. But I did record it! I intended to watch it! I just had commitment issues this fall.

Damn you, Jericho.

...Right. I really am going to bed now. Really.

Of course, I'll read for an hour, but at least I'll be horizontal.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

No, I think there's a different set of royalties and clearances and rules for when you use music that airs on tv and when you use it online. "Unforseen" I dunno about, but I could definitely see where it might be prohibitively expensive to use the music to air online.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think there's a different set of royalties and clearances and rules for when you use music that airs on tv and when you use it online.

But all the eps that aired on TV were also online. That's why I get quotesy about the unforeseen bit. ABC has been carefully airing just about all of their prime time shows. They know the clearance drill.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Unrelatedly, I've just gotten around to watching Ali G interview Posh and Becks for Comic Relief and am very disappointed in Beckham's voice. It's so terribly unsexy.

Unrelated to that, can this be for real?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

It's so terribly unsexy.
There were words coming out of his mouth? I hadn't noticed. Likely for the best, that.

Unrelated to that, can this be for real?
Seems, upon some basic Googling of the press release and parent company, real. Their ebay has almost all positive reviews.

Damn, now I am tempted by one of the pendents but I don't want to be scammed. Or stay up.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Popping in to ask: Is Friendster correct in telling me that today is ita's birthday? If so: Happy Birthday, ita!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

You know, I don't ever remember wishing ita hippo birdies, so I might as well wish them right now to her. You never know, I might be right!

I fought off the insomnia monsters for the second time this week, cutting severely into my supply of sleep aids. I go for months without using them, and then twice in one week? And not even a particularly stressful one?

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

Congratulations to Kat and lori! Very exciting news.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure friendster is not lying this time (I mean, 1/1 isn't really JZ bday, is it? If so, sorry!).

Happy birthday, ita!! Here's to a more-employed, less-painful year.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

Happy birthday, ita!
