Xander: Am I right, Giles? Giles: I'm almost certain you're not. Though, to be fair, I haven't been listening.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

MM, you will be glad to know that--despite ND's protests that he'd rather arrange them aesthetically--I categorized and alphabetized the DVDs a couple of days ago.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Top chef is making me giggle, what with all the busting on Marcel.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hey--did Daybreak eps ever appear anywhere?

No. The network claims there are "unforeseen music clearance issues."

I have the feeling this is going to be a major D'oh moment, but on the NBC web site, where do you get the full episodes of FNL? I can find everything else about the show, but not that.

Unforeseen music clearance issues? I smell bullshit. These issues only occur with the ones that haven't yet aired?

Bastards. They're out to ruin my life, and they're starting with Taye Diggs.

I looked at the site itself for a minute and gave up, but Google knows all: [link]

Thanks!

And like I said, D'oh! I can't tell you how many times a week I use Google to find things instead of using, say, the SEC's web site's search engine or poking around the site, but it never occured to me to do it with this.

The quotation marks make me think that the reporter does, too. I feel like it's all my fault for forgetting to watch it all the time. But I did record it! I intended to watch it! I just had commitment issues this fall.

Damn you, Jericho.

...Right. I really am going to bed now. Really.

Of course, I'll read for an hour, but at least I'll be horizontal.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

No, I think there's a different set of royalties and clearances and rules for when you use music that airs on tv and when you use it online. "Unforseen" I dunno about, but I could definitely see where it might be prohibitively expensive to use the music to air online.
