I go online sometimes, but everyone's spelling is really bad. It's... depressing.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

My brother and SIL's OB totally geeked out over the "4D" US machine (I've seen pictures from these. REALLY FREAKY. And cool. But freaky). Which the OB refused to use until later this month, annoying the SIL.

Happy day, shrift!

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Happy birthday, shrift!

Thanks for your well-wishes!

OMG I have to ask for a DVD at my next one! That's so cool!

Jessica, It is. But if you YouTube yours it will only encourage Lori to YouTube mine.

sara, he did a 3D scan to show us in detail one of the twins, the smaller one who is on top right now. He very casually said, "you can see the skull forming over the brain" then he printed a picture. The idea that there are brains, unprotected by skull, floating in my body FREAKS ME OUT.

Sometimes it might be better to know less.

seriously!

And, sara freaked me out during thanksgiving by pointing out that I am also growing disposable organs. Parasitic aliens weren't bad enough. But two disposable organs too?! ACK.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Pregnancy is way too creepy if you start thinking about it like that.

MIRACLE OF LIFE!! Not parasitic aliens!

I'm laughing, but I do regret freaking you out with my placenta freak-out. I need a filter.

Pregnancy is way too creepy if you start thinking about it like that.

It doesn't help that two of my local friends, when pregnant, insisted on watching that Alien movie. A lot. I've had bad influences.

See! it's all sarameg's fault! I was all with Liese on the wonder of growing a new human. Then sara had to point out the creep.
