I suggest Nutty's Mrs. Miniver solution. But it has to be that movie, you see.

I am one with the Insomnia tonight. Slept about three hours and then... bang, awake. Chumley is sure that it's morning and he shoudl be fed.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I do remember being seriously pissed off at my mother for putting me in the morning session instead of afternoon because I would miss Captain Kangaroo. I just couldn't understand why she would do such a thing to me.

I was similarly upset about having to miss Underdog. Though I've always been under the impression the school chose which session to schedule kids for, though it's entirely possible my 5-year-old self leapt to that conclusion and my mother saw no reason to disuade me.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Though I've always been under the impression the school chose which session to schedule kids for

My mom put me in morning preschool and morning kindergarten on purpose because even as a wee child, I was not a morning person and she thought that by having me go to morning school, it would "train me" to get up early for school.

It didn't work.

I shall have to ask my Mom what session of kindergarten into which I was put -- I seem to remember morning, but who knows? If it was left up to me as a parent, I'd choose afternoon, which is the time when I'd be begging to have the children removed from the home so I could get a nap or something.

Possibly, it's a good thing that I've not yet been a mother.

Hey, Kat! Hey, Lee! How are you lovely ladies doing? How is 2007 treating you?

(Yes, I've skipped, so I have no idea how anybody is doing)

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.
