It's 2007 and I just finished a small glass of 25 year old Bowmore. I poured two. One for me, and one for Gus. I now he'd have like it. Now, since I know he'd be appalled if it went to waste, I'm raising his glass and drinking it as well.

Had a quiet New Year's. Was chatting with a friend when we both wondered what all the screaming was about. Then I remembered to check my watch. Huh.

My internal clock is messed up by the sleeping I managed on the plane (Skelaxin+Aleve+Maxalt=naptime for ita), so I think I'll try some TiVo and see how that works out.

Well, in Somerville, it's wet with a side of extra rain, with more predicted. At least all of the snow from Saturday has now washed away.

I'm hungry, so I think some sort of breakfasty thing is in order. I think there's a donut left over from yesterday. Bulletins as things develop.
