I did so awesome at Ikea!! I'm not 100% sure what took so long in there, but I emerged unscathed with a new bed and dresser! OK, I won't actually have the bed and dresser until Friday, but I do have new under-bed storage boxes and dresser drawer organizer thingies already. Also a little gift for someone. Here's a clue: MONKEY MONKEY. And no candles!

No worries. I'm seldom caught up in Natter either and figured you might not see the plea for help. Having been the beneficiary of Buffista rescue-age myself, I like to do what I can to facilitate rescue for others.
Looks like we may be getting a nice storm rolling in in Chicago. Deliciously cool wind blowing into my overheated apartment like whoa.
