Buffy. When I saw you stop the world from, you know, ending, I just assumed that was a big week for you. Turns out I suddenly find myself needing to know the plural of 'apocalypse.'

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Here. I go back to Texas tomorrow, and I'm a little anxious. This was an odd trip home. Not really bad, just odd.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I've been reading and doing puzzles all day, which my back didn't love, either. I can't say I feel your pain, but I have some idea of it.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I'm up. Reading random stories on Yuletide, listening to Paul wrap things in the other room and Lillian snooze next to me.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

ND, I feel your pain. I'm in the "office" on a cot, and a very loud, curt, clock ticking... every... second... of... the... night... away...

Thankfully I brought iPod and computer speakers, so music playing softly. It doesn't mask it, but it helps.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.
