Woe to the fucking wicked.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

ND, I feel your pain. I'm in the "office" on a cot, and a very loud, curt, clock ticking... every... second... of... the... night... away...

Thankfully I brought iPod and computer speakers, so music playing softly. It doesn't mask it, but it helps.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

RIP James Brown.

Our wings are not tired.

Good God! Indeed, RIP James Brown.

Merry Christmas! DH went back to bed. Bobby is out and about already at friends house. Brendon on computer with his friends. I'm thinking it's mimosa time for me before I get to work.

Merry Holiday of Choice! I'm in my Mom's kitchen, on her computer. Thank goodness the hide-a-bed is actually quite comfortable. It has a built-in inflatable top, so you have good support. Spent most of the day yesterday with Brother #1 and his family, and showed my niece how to knit. Also, my gifts were palpable hits, except with the nephews who are teenagers and therefore don't count. :-)

S to the A -- using they/them pronouns!

Happy holidays everyone! There's lovely smells of food cooking downstairs and carols bubbling from the stereo and I have all the yuletide in the world to read. Add Fay on top of that, and you've got a winner of a holiday!

Poking head (remember me?) to wish a good, happy and peaceful day for everybody. Regardless of holidays, going-to-work-less Mondays, weather or, well, pretty much anything else you can think of, I guess.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Merry Christmas y'all.

Phone call from friend this morning (after a fitfull night of sleep) at 7 am. My godson has been kidnapped by his father. Frustrated, helpless and angry.

Oh, Daisy Jane, I'm so sorry.

Oh, DJ, what awful news for a Christmas morning! I can't imagine depriving a kid of its mother in a traumatic fashion if there's no abuse in the home.
