It's McCain for the Republicans. There's just nobody else in the field.
I'd say it's Obama, Hillary, or maybe Edwards for the dems. I think too many democrats think Hillary can't get elected. If Edwards does have a lady problem then that leaves Obama.

Allyson, did you already start the chops? If not put a little bit of sugar on as a coating and start in a cold pan (according to Cook's Illustrated), heating it up. Then definitely use a meat thermometer to check it.
