Golf shoes?
Most kicks are going to happen with the top of the shoe, or the toe, so what's happening on the sole has less effect. Also, once you get to stomping, cleats et al are just gravy. The meat is the crushing and breaking.
Stilettos could be cool--just that the rest of the fight in them would suck.

In a stomping situation a spike heel could probably do some serious damage. Kicking would require a heavier shoe with a hard toe.

Unless Ozzy worries that he couldn't beat Yul in the votes and tries to vote him off, but I don't see that happening.

Grey's was a repeat.
And steel-toed boots are a classic.
I've had cows step on my feet, both when I was wearing steel-toed boots and not. It does make a difference.
Mythbusters did a segment on whether steel-toed shoes would amputate that end of your foot if there was a sufficient shearing force. Their conclusion was that it would, but most likely the shearing force involved would be sufficient to amputate that part of your foot without a steel-toe protection. Conclusion: wear them in any situation where they might be a good idea....
