You are not misremembering - lisah and I knew (of) the same girl who transferred from her HS to mine back in the day. Delaware is really just a big small town, really.
I graduated in 1986, but I thought that Suzi and I were actually born in the same year ('68)... so can I join the club?
Am I misremembering or is lisah going to push us up to a sextet?
Ahem.
I'm loving all the 1985 company. Too cool. I KNEW I liked y'all, but this is icing.

You are correct. I skipped a grade. Well Kindergarten. I don't play well with others or color within the lines.
Sparky, you're the cool junior we let sit with us at lunch, and invite to the parties. And when I can't babysit for Ailleann, I give her mother your number. (P.S. Sometimes, she bites.)

Okay, so lisah puts us back up to a pentad, and then megan walker bumps us back to sextet, right?
I just did an LJ poll on this. Why? Because I don't feel like doing my laundry.
I graduated high school in 1985. Enuf said....
....Oh, we're a quartet!
Huh. A year after me (class of 1984 and all that).

So was I. And yet I still know all the lyrics to Mr. Mister songs.

In kindergarten, I threw a punch at a kid who broke the tips off my crayons. Loser. It's still the first thing I think of when I hear his name.

Another '68-86'er here, though I try not to spend much time thinking about the fact that Suzi and I are only a couple of months apart; otherwise, I remember that her youngest child will be graduating high school and giving her her life back at about the same time my oldest (and at this point likely only) child will be entering the second grade, and then I go straight into ::never stops crying:: mode.
Which reminds me -
