The idiocy of this crop of Survivors is just infuriating.
It's almost too late now, but Sundra and Becky need to get together with Ozzie and vote Yul out. Otherwise, he will win, and none of the girls seem to realize that his winning means they lose. All they need to do is vote for Yul once at Tribal, and his permanent immunity vanishes. They could declaw Yul and vote out Adam in one night if they were smart about it.
It frustrates me that
we are down to the final six, and only one person is still actually playing the fucking game. Ozzie's clearly been waiting for his moment to be top dog, and he may start playing again in the next ep, but Adam's strategy so far has been "make out with Candace and Parvati a lot," and none of the girls appear to be thinking at all! What is wrong with these people? The way the game is going right now, they may as well just give Yul the money and let everyone go home early.
Yeah, I recommend against microwave experiments, normally. But I was bored.
Kat, hope it passes quickly. And if you see you-know-who-and-co (who gets home with son on sunday!!!!) give a restrained and appropriate hug for me. In your honor, I had spaghetti for dinner. OK, less in your honor, more I need to go shopping.
You know, microwave ovens need moisture (water) of some sort to absorb the radiation. If it's not there, the microwave could be damaged. So if you're gonna do microwave experiments, you should also place a glass of water inside to absorb the microwaves in case your experiment does not.
Re: Survivor--
I expect Yul, Becky and Sundra KNOW they have to get rid of Ozzy because he will win F3 immunity. Sundra and Becky might be sitting pretty in FUTR mode because Yul is drawing all the heat from Raro, and so they plan on keeping him. But Sundra should get her act together to make sure Yul doesn't pick Becky. Ozzy is hopefully aware that he is a threat at F3 but is probably planning to just keep winning challenges and might think he's best off taking Yul to F2. The problem with Sundra and Becky getting together with Ozzy to vote Yul out is that they might lose in the jury given Ozzy's performance.
This is icky (medically) but cool:
A boy who almost had his head ripped from his body in a racing car accident has told Sky News he wants to get back behind the wheel.
The impact from the crash lifted 12-year-old Christopher Stewart's skull from the top of his spine - an injury which normally results in death.
Despite having trouble speaking, the young driver said he was "fine" and confirmed he wanted to get back on the racing track - but doubted his parents would let him.
Christopher suffered an internal decapitation during a 40mph smash on a track near Alton, Hampshire, in September.
...
Surgeons re-attached his head to his spine with metal plates and bone grafts during a six-hour operation. His parents were warned he only had a 7% chance of survival.
But after 19 days in intensive care and four weeks wearing a neck collar, he was able to swim, walk and exercise, although speaking and eating remain difficult.

Good lord. Internal decapitation... Huh.
So if you're gonna do microwave experiments, you should also place a glass of water inside to absorb the microwaves in case your experiment does not.
And the water can turn to steam and kickstart the cleaning process for you if it doesn't. If the microwave survives at all that is.
Yeesh. Like a compression fracture, in reverse. But the real question is, what is a preteen doing racing cars? If he can't get a driver's license, how is he getting on the NASCAR circuit (or whatever they have in Britain)??
They're some sort of mini-cars. Or big go-karts. Or something. The engines are 1000cc, which is the size used by a fairly big motorcycle.
Young kids can kart. Here, there. Anywhere.
With the safety measures in any kind of racing? The kids are more likely safer than in their parent's family car.
Anyone seen my motivation?
