Now I did a job. I got nothing but trouble since I did it, not to mention more than a few unkind words as regard to my character so let me make this abundantly clear. I do the job. And then I get paid.

Our wings are not tired

Anyone seen my motivation?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I have TJ's Nutella and a glass of nice red wine. It's better than motivation.

I think wanting to go back to racing post-internal decapitation indicates we've got a future Darwin Award winner on our hands.

If at any time a doctor should tell me "it's a miracle you survived!" my first instinct will not be to repeat the sequence of events to seeif there's a different outcome.

Nutella sounds yummy. That might be better than motivation.

Way better than motivation. And internal decapitation too.

Blessed be Trader Joe's.

Seriously, Nutella and wine. It's like Real-Life Midol. I don't think you need to have PMS for the comfort either, it's just really helping mine. It's just like puppies and ocean breezes and a massage. In your tummy and brain. The theory, not actually eating puppies.

Ed Viesturs is a rock god. Literally. I am hoping he proves me right on TDS.

I think it is almost bedtime.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Has anyone heard of this game ?

There is more info at the Wiki article

I only mention it cuz I learned about it today, and it seems kinda crazy that a christian game wants you to convert or kill everyone. A buddy has linked me a lefty group who is protesting Wal-Mart selling the game, but not other violent games.

Crazy!

oof. it's morning. The house is quiet, except for the heat. And I am unmotivated to do anything. But it's been 3 days since I've been at work. I should get my butt in gear and dress so I can make my 5:30 AM breakfast appointment on time.

Sleepy, though.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I have to take Muppet to the vet's to get her teeth cleaned. This means no breakfast this morning, so I've locked myself in my room to avoid the irate feline emotion on display. Happily, I can go get dressed right now and pop her into the cage, and whisk her off to her DOOM.

I feel like such a traitor to all that is cat.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

That's because it's the middle of the night where you are!
