All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I have a day off today! I woke up in pain, but with some advil and a heating pad I was able to nap thru Saturday morning cartoons with the cats curled up nearby. I plan to be extremely lazy all day.

Ugh. My headache has reached the point that I'm not sure I should be driving, but I have to go get pepcid and new antibiotics for Perkins the cat, because the first kind they gave him has been making him throw up too much.

Great, so tomorrow morning, I get to angst about xmas shopping?

I really hate cramps. Luckily got to the point of being able to wear clothes and not moan in time to make it to the salon. Did some looking, ran into the little gallery I always visit when in that neighborhood (sometimes they have interesting art. This time, nsm,) and hit all my favorite shops. And didn't spend money.

Now I'm going to eat some plastic mac& cheese (probably 3 bites, think ew gross and make an omelet.) First food of the day. First time I can think about food today. Bleck.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Wow, Kalshane! Congratulations!!! Sometimes the Universe works in strange but surprisingly happy ways.

Our wings are not tired.

Yay Babies! Yay Kalshane!

(Good thing I was past fertility age when I joined this place. I think it might be contagious or something)

What is even happening?

Kalshane, all the best to you, to the mother to be, and to your baby.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

That said, the fabric of that swimsuit was ideal for a lush curvy figure, and NSM for a bony one. If the skeeeeeeny model wore the same suit design in a different fabric (like, more gathered, ruched cotton-like material vs. lycra), I doubt that her protruding bones would be so obvious. Though the cut of the top is not at all meant for a flat-chested woman, so that's a disadvantage, too.

No kidding.

Any number of lovely small-breasted women spring to mind -- but none of them wear shirts that show their ribs sticking out further than their boobs.

Wow!

It's boomin' around here!

Congrats, Kalshane.

Art Crawl!!!

Congratulations Kalshane!

In me me me news -- I thought, for some reason, that I would be able to walk around town today. Hahahahahaha.

I had little errands around town -- drop off the rent, pay off the library fines (so I can request many many books) stop off at Walgreens. . . sounds fairly simple. It would have tired me out because of my damn leg - even without the snow. With the snow. . . well, I don't know how the hell I'm going to get from my house to the bus stop when there is NO PATH there. In front of most people's houses and right in front of businesses downtown and most parking lots -- all okay but around the railroad tracks and any business that for some reason doesn't feel that the sidewalk counts - not only no path but extra high walls of snow from all the plowing.

Also the two main streets have a center pile of snow that totally impedes your view of oncoming traffic when you're trying to cross the street.

I realize this will be better eventually. Just probably not by Monday. (And I need to get to grocery store and right now I'm not sure how that's going to be possible.)
