Got three major things done around the house and was getting ready to go out and realized I was shakey. Hmm, when did I last eat?

So eating, then out then laundry.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Got up at 7:00 and went skating for an hour. I like early Saturday--everyone is there because they really like being at the rink, so it's an amiable crew.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Where do you go skating, Robin?

Is there some place in LA besides World on Wheels in Inglewood?

I go to Moonlight Rollerway in Glendale. It's very old school-- and by old school, I mean they haven't changed any of the decor since 1975. It's all kinda worn and retro and I love it. They film there a lot--Jessica Simpson's latest video was shot there.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

In a little while I will get into a dressy outfit and we will head to my second cousin's bat mitzvah. Whee.

World of Wheels is like that too. They have the best sign: "No cigarettes / No drinks / No curlers / On the rink."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hello, people! After two nights in different non-swanky (but perfectly nice) hotels, and one night on a plane, I am SUPER GLAD to be home where there are no people except You People.

I'm sure there was more, but I forget.

Oh, here's a question: I was at this fundraiser, and there was a guy who I'm pretty sure is some TV producer, but I couldn't figure out who. He looked kind of hipster-ish, so not Alan Ball or Marc Cherry, but maybe someone along those lines? Any ideas?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Jaybrams? He's got squared-off glasses.
