Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It's very old school-- and by old school, I mean they haven't changed any of the decor since 1975. It's all kinda worn and retro and I love it.

World of Wheels is like that too. They have the best sign: "No cigarettes / No drinks / No curlers / On the rink."

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hello, people! After two nights in different non-swanky (but perfectly nice) hotels, and one night on a plane, I am SUPER GLAD to be home where there are no people except You People.

I'm sure there was more, but I forget.

Oh, here's a question: I was at this fundraiser, and there was a guy who I'm pretty sure is some TV producer, but I couldn't figure out who. He looked kind of hipster-ish, so not Alan Ball or Marc Cherry, but maybe someone along those lines? Any ideas?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Jaybrams? He's got squared-off glasses.

How was LA?

Unrelatedly, Pretty!

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Jaybrams?

Did he seem to have any attention-span/short-term-memory issues?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

NUMB3RS yesterday was weird. Kathy Najimy is beyond annoying, and I hope they don't dwell too long. They also didn't have the patented family moment at the end eschewing it in favour, IIRC, of a montage to soulful music.

Also, Diane Farr? Still preggers.

Hmm, maybe. It was definitely glasses like that, and he's probably who I was thinking of. It was probably no one, really.

LA was good. Santa Barbara was gorgeous -- I've never been up there before.

I haven't seen this week's yet, but last week she kept doing that touching her abdomen in awe/protectiveness thing.
