My mantra for this evening's sewing session has been: Make the Dress, Save the World From Seeing Me in Just a Bra, Panties, and SLEEVES.

I made a decently big unfixable (unless I buy more fabric and I went with NO) mistake. I didn't cut the front on the fold. D'OH! So, I have a seam running down the front. Oh well. It's my first dress.

Tell me. We almost couldn't get a birth certificate* because Mal hadn't be baptized. I ended up having to lie and say we were waiting to do it at our own church. I hate lying about religious stuff.
Sorry you are caught in the culture clash grindstone. I wish families could realize the stress they put on people with these kind of demands.

Well, we've all had stomach flu now. I am beyond thankful that we cancelled our trip to Egypt so we didn't have stomach flu in Egypt. Or, god forbid, on the airplane.
