Saffron: But we've been wed. Aren't we to become one flesh? Mal: Well, no, uh... We're still two fleshes here, and I think that your flesh ought to sleep somewhere else.

'Our Mrs. Reynolds'

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Hec, that clip was wonderful. The placement of the motifs on Mascara's dress had me howling with laughter.

Compassionately intolerant

Askye, Hoppin' John has been a tradition with me for the last 10 years or so. It's made of YUM and the extra added bonus of possible (but probably not really) good luck for the new year is tasty too.

After a lovely dinner with Fela at a restaurant called Firefly, that he picked because we met due to Firefly, I'm off to do my year end burning in a neighbor's yard and he's off to a party. Perfect. We'll talk at midnight and get together tomorrow. Just right by me.

I'm hoping everyone is enjoying their year-turning as much as I am. May 2007 be your best yet.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

In a few hours I will pack up my things and head down to San Diego for this
Love the Abbey. I'm a little jealous. Especially because it is exactly the thing where I already have the wardrobe and perfect borrowable date.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

There's an Abbey in LA too--is it owned by the same person? Great bar.

I am not sure I am doing this right. I think this is the right place, but I am not sure.

The person known here as "Gus" or "Weremonkey Gus" passed away on December 17. All of your "where are you, dude?" emails will go ever un-answered. I just can not do it.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Kimi, thank you so much for coming and telling us while you're in such pain.

Thank you and peace be with you.

Oh damn. I will miss you, Gus. Damn.

Kimi, thank you for passing along the news, sad as it is.

Always Anti-fascist!

Oh, shit. Well, he was as big of a pain in the ass as the rest of us(Not to worry...that was a Wire thing, he would have considered that a fond gesture. From me, anyway.) I'm sorry. He was a fine man and a pleasure to know.
