Gronk, and ugh.
I have just achieved the next degree of the Masonic society known as parenthood. I got projectile-vomited on.
Midnight, just snuggling in with husband and cat, when we hear the rather unpleasant sound of lots of fluid hitting the wall. Then there was choking and crying and so I hustle in to comfort the baby...who puts his arms up and barfs all over me. From like a meter away.
Summarizing the rest of the night, I'm exhausted, the DH got the worst task of cleanup, and Mal is happy and perky.
Oh hon. That's so miserable. I'm so, so sorry. But at least Mal's feeling better.
Oh, poor Raq! I'm so sorry, honey.
Wait until you see projectile shitting.
Bubbles. Ouch.
As Natalie Wood learned the hard way.
You know, SA, you can make hash browns even in blighty. Or Ireland. They do have potatoes over there.
Today is the first Friday in weeeeeeeeeks that I haven't flown to California. It's bliss.
Yay! Not traveling after lots o' traveling can be wonderful. Also, yay to Kittenish and Puppycat for having you home!
Welcome home, vw. I'm sure Toto will get over being cross and will be wildly thrilled to have you home before long.
Somehow, New Year's Eve seems way too long to wait for fizzy wine when there are such lovely cans to be had. I may have to see if they are available in town.
And I see IM names. Hmm.
My last post took too long, and I missed your post Raq. That sounds like no fun for anyone involved. I hope all feel better soon.
I remember watching the projectile vomiting scene in Parenthood when I was in junior high or high school. I told my dad that I didn't like it because it was so unrealistic. At which point he told me he loved it because it was so realistic. I didn't really believe him for years.

They are pleased. Kittenish is nearly overweight thanks to an amazing vet and the Magic Tuna Bowl. Puppycat has stopped chirping every other second and is finally relaxing that Other Critters are around and not 'bandoning her. It's good to be home. Except for the laundry needing to be done and the recyclables that need to be taken out.

You should never wait for fizzy wine. There are cute stoppers to retain the fizz if you need. Drink fizzy wine now! It's a good thing.
And I see IM names. Hmm.
Please to note mine.
Fay! Here, have an Entourage post! And if you're nice, you can have a Supernatural post as well.
Poor Raq! That sounds like no fun at all!
Toto has forgiven me--for the time being anyway. I'm leaving him at the parentals until Sunday/Monday. I'll probably have to go through this all over again then.
. They said in his last moments he thought he was back working the LSU-Ole Miss game.
I was going to ask who won, but clearly the Angels did. So sorry for your loss, Daisy Jane.
