Oh, no, oh, no! Spontaneous poetic exclamations. Lord, spare me college boys in love.

Spike's Bitches 33: Weeping, crawling, blaming everybody else

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

It really is such a beautiful little dress. I wish I had a picture of Em in it. The workmanship and quality is like nothing that is around today.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

All good thoughts to ND's mom. To him and you, and the rest of the family, too.

I fixed my link, but David's is actually better.

You know, I really doubt I'd dress a boy in Feltman, except for a christening perhaps. But even though girls are just as active and energetic, somehow they can get away with lace and embroidery and pintucks. At least once in a while.

Mostly lurking...

vw, I'm sorry you're stuck at KCI -- it's not the most entertaining airport to be stuck in. Hopefully, you've got a good place to sit and people watch.

It's very entertaining to see people get all upset. Actually, not really, but I'm trying to make it entertaining. They probably wouldn't like to know that. I'm very zen, for some reason. I know the reason, actually--it's that damn radical acceptance. It's made me a whole different person.

The plane has supposedly landed, so I'm gonna sign off. See you all when I get to Boston!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Not even a sailor suit, Bev?

For the goth baby in your life

Punishingly Intricate

Daisy Jane, I'm so sorry for your loss. It sounds like he was an amazing grandfather.

also, {{{GC & GC's girlfriend}}} I'm so sorry. I hope something unexpectedly positive emerges soon.

And that is a beautiful story of the baby dress. That's the way things should work in the world.

Well, only until he was old enough to spit in my eye and demand Garanimals.

Confession: I have a Steiff bear dressed in a sailor middy very much like that. And a companion-sized doll in a dress to match. Way too much time on my hands.

That goth pinafore is just...somebody sprog, fast! A Buffista babygirl needs to be wearing that!

(((GC and GF)))

And sumi, I'm so, so sorry about your knee. Is there any relief possible through PT? Or surgery? Or both? Cortisone to the bursa is a good short-term relief, but it's not a permanent fix. I hope you find something that fixes, or at least betters, the condition you're dealing with.

It was showing in a 2T. Plei and I could share it! Well, Em and Lily could share it.
