Oh my god. What can it be? We're all doomed! Who's flying this thing!? Oh right, that would be me. Back to work.

Trust my rage

Those pictures of Ellie coming home were PRICELESS!

Thanks, everyone! We are so happy to be home and she is so much better. I always feel a bit bad posting my personal drama here when I so rarely post period, but I wrote up the whole thing in LJ. My bro and SIL arrived about 30 minutes after we got home from the hospital and they have been great. (They mopped my floors and folded clean laundry.) My parents, currently stranded by United in Chicago, should arrive today so it seems like CHristmas will be saved after all.

Yay for a saved Christmas! And, yes, the pictures of Ellie were so precious.

My SIL is an event planner. She has a wedding tonight, and the groom's whole family is stuck in Denver. The poor bride is just beside herself. But, in true Ashley fashion, my SIL has calmed her and has a "plan" already worked out with the venue.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

I think I have either a stomach bug or food poisoning. It is NOT a Christmas Miracle.

Our wings are not tired.

Ick, d. Quick recovery dear.

{{Stephanie, Joe, and Ellie}} I haven't been to LJ lately so I hadn't read about your hospital stay. How scary. It is wonderful that Ellie was still nursing. Good both for her recovery, and for mutual comfort. Also, pictures just precious.

Hi vw! How's Kansas?

eta: and my clock strikes 9 and I am out the door with Bobby. Will be back...

How's Kansas?

Kansas is good. And shortly it will hold my little brother (the one who's 6'4" and 300 pounds of pure loveable, hugable joy). YAY! I love it when my whole family gets together. We have such a good time. Of course, I may feel differently after having all of us in one small house for 8 days, but still.

Have a good day, Laura!

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

d, I hope you feel better, soon.

Stephanie, those pictures of Ellie were beautiful. Such a happy child!

d, bummer on the ick! I hope it goes away quickly.

Stephanie, I hope you and Ellie and your family have a wonderful Christmas. I am glad your family is there with you.
