I completely blanked on my pelvic ultrasound today. So I rescheduled for next Friday. Late enough in the day I won't have to go back to work.

(KP International) – Mark Ivanir recently revealed that his Good Shepherd costar, Matt Damon, saved his life while filming a torture scene.
Prior to shooting the scene in which Ivanir is held down, has his clothes cut off and has a burlap bag placed over his head while being drenched in freezing water, Damon decided to make up a mercy code, Us Weekly reported.
"Matt told me, 'We should have a warning sign if you feel like you're really in danger. You really could get hurt with that mask suffocating your face,'" Ivanir said. "Sure enough, if Matt hadn't thought of an alert to stop filming, I really would have passed out and died. I need to learn to not get so stressed about things too. I was hormonal and crazed yesterday trying to get stuff done. The good news is, I am now off the crazy making BCPs, and hopefully the new ones will not be as crazy making.

The idea of an IUD just makes me nervous. It's probably completely irrational, but it isn't something I am likely to try anytime soon.

Suzi, I'm glad to know y'all got home safe, and the quake must not have registered with me, because I don't remember it. Personally, having lived in Tornado Cul-de-sac, I'd much rather have the earth move than the sky fall. Though - if I had lived through the Good Friday Quake (9.2, original shock went on for 4 minutes), I might feel differently. (Just saw a special on it.)
